We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition with tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return authorization required
Buyers must contact us and receive approval before returning any item. Returns sent without our consent will not be accepted, and the buyer will be responsible for all costs. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.
• Packages that are refused at delivery.
• Failure to respond to carrier delivery or pickup requests.
• Any return sent without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund, and buyers remain responsible for all costs.
How to start a return
Buyers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
After your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Buyers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days.
Refunds cover the item price only. All shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges / damaged items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
